Dr. Tõnu Kuddu, an eye surgeon at Nõmme Eye Centre, is the most experienced cataract surgeon in Estonia. He works as a surgeon since 1984, is a former president of the Estonian Ophthalmological Society, and has performed more than 20,000 cataract surgeries.
